pertains to business customers only. The residential dept number is 877-722-3755.

the CA number (858) is amazing — I got to speak to someone either immediately or almost immediately on three different calls, and they were all unfailingly polite and helpful. Wow. If only all my experiences with Telcos could be like this…

Thanks for the CA number, I called and the phone rang maybe twice before a person answered, handled my upgrade in about 5 minutes. Then she apologized because it took so long!. Just like the good old days.

WOW!!!. The 858 number works!!! I got a person on a Saturday night on the second ring!!!!
We should find out where those guys are and send a e-mail to the manager of the group!!!

Damn I think the CA number finally got Disconnected, just tried it and it said the number is no long in service. Anybody else have that happen?

Troubleshooting:
Recently,I can receive my e.mail from any
where,but I am unable to send out my e.mail
(as well as transfer incoming e.mail)to
everywhere.
Can you help me how to solve this problem.
