Sub: COSTUMER COMPLAINT
I (B. Rajesh, Land phone No: 23714120) have been using the KEMS DSL line (1 Mbps for 1year) since last one year. Recently I shifted from Mungaf to Mahabulla with the same telephone number. I had been contacted kems and all the formalities had been carried out on time and still not getting DSL connection. After waiting a long time your people sometimes answering my telephone call and asking to check the connection. I have done all the connections in according to your instruction but no result. 
In fact I have paid all the formalities and renewed the membership, expecting a good action from your end.
Your earlier response in this matter will be highly appreciated.
